Cranberry sauce
  1. Zest and juice the orange into a heavy based sauce pan. Add the water and sugar and stir till dissolved. Bring to the boil.
  2. Meanwhile, rinse the berries and then add them to the pan. Boil for 5-8 minutes till the berries have all split but still retain their shape. Set aside till ready to use.
Recipe Notes

You can add some grated ginger when you add the sugar if you like.
